Callbreak Privacy Policy
App: Callbreak (com.lampsoftnepal.callbreak) · Developer: Lampsoft Nepal · Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Callbreak card game collects, why, and how you can delete it. Callbreak uses virtual coins only. Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
Information we collect
- Account identifier. When you first play online, the game creates an anonymous player ID with Unity Authentication. We do not ask for your email, phone number or real name.
- Google sign-in (optional). If you choose "Sign in with Google" (Google Play Games), we receive an account identifier from Google so your coins and stats can follow you to a new phone, plus your display picture. Earlier versions of Callbreak also offered Facebook sign-in; accounts linked that way keep working. From version 1.0.2 the app no longer offers it and does not send any data to Facebook (Meta).
- Profile photo (only if you signed in with Google, or with Facebook in an earlier version). A small copy (96 × 96 pixels) of that account's picture, used as your photo in the game.
- Profile. The name you choose, the country you pick and your avatar choice.
- Game data. Your coin balance, daily bonus and rewarded video history, games played, wins, coins won, biggest pot, highest coins, weekly winnings and leaderboard prizes, and the tables, cards and results of games you play online.
- Friends (optional). If you use Friends, your friend code (your game name plus a number, such as Sita#4821), your friends list and friend requests are stored by Unity's Friends service. Your friends can see whether you are online and what you are doing in the game (at the menu, practising, or at a table with its stakes, so they can join you), and can send you table invites.
- Usage data. Unity Analytics records how the game is used: sessions and how often you come back, tutorial steps, games played (practice or online, and your place), daily missions claimed, running out of coins and friend actions, together with your device model, operating system, game version and country. We use it only to improve the game.
- Information shown to other players. At online tables, other players see your name, country, avatar, the cards you play, your results and the quick-chat messages you send. Quick chat only offers fixed phrases and stickers; there is no free-text chat. Leaderboards show your name, country, avatar (or your photo, if you signed in with Google or Facebook) and score to everyone. Your photo is also shown at tables and on your profile card. Other players can see your public stats (games, wins, biggest pot, highest coins) by tapping you at a table.
- Advertising and device data. Ads (rewarded videos you choose to watch, and occasional full-screen ads between practice games or when you leave a table) are provided by Google AdMob. They may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads, in order to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud.
Practice games against the computer run entirely on your phone; their chips and settings stay on your device. We do not collect your contacts, the photos on your phone, your precise location or payment information.
How we use it
- To run the game: keep your coin balance, deal cards and settle games fairly on our servers, and run weekly leaderboards and prizes.
- To show ads, including rewarded videos that give you coins, and to limit how often they appear and pay out.
- To prevent cheating and abuse.
- To understand where new players get stuck and which features are used, so we can improve the game.
Service providers
- Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies): sign-in, cloud save, server scripts, online tables, friends and analytics. Unity privacy policy

We do not sell your personal information. Data is encrypted in transit.
Your choices
- You can change your name, country and avatar at any time in the app (Profile → Edit).
- If you signed in with Google or Facebook, you can stop using your photo at any time (Profile → "Use my avatar instead of my photo"); this deletes the copy we keep.
- You can reset or limit ad personalization in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads.
- You can play Practice mode without going online.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: on the home screen, tap Settings (bottom right) → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your online account, coin balance, profile, profile photo, stats and leaderboard places.
If you signed in with Facebook: you can also remove Callbreak in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Facebook then stops sharing your profile with Callbreak; to delete the game data too, use Delete account or email us as below.
Without the app: email lampsoftnepal@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Callbreak account" and your player name. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.
Data held by advertising partners is handled under their own policies. We keep your data only while your account exists.
Children
Callbreak contains simulated gambling with virtual coins and is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will update this page if this policy changes and change the date above.
